uxadd TSK creates an inaccesible objet, no error message

Error Message :
There is no error message, not in CLI, not in universe.log
Patch level detected:Dollar Universe 6.1.00
Product Version: Dollar.Universe 6.1.0
Description :The command below creates an corrupt TASK that can not be edited :
%UNI_DIR_EXEC%\uxadd TSK SIM UPR=FBAIGTA_H MU=CF123456BB LABEL=\"UPR_TEST\" MODEL techinf tsk=\"UPR_TEST\" type=s user=aspauto QUEUE=SYS_BATCH
The reason seems to be that - tsk=\"UPR_TEST\" - appears after -techinf- . With -tsk=\"UPR_TEST\"- before techinf the object is created properly.
Then try to display/update the task using UVC => it's not possible, you will have an empty windows.
