During a CA Software Asset Manager 4.2.2 install, the check installation errors with an HTTP 500 error.
Copied the php.ini from another CA Software Manager installation, where the php version was 5.6. The new server was using php 7.0
Normally, this error occurs when the Visual C++ redistributable is not installed or has an incorrect bit level installed on the server.
However, the http 500 internal server error may also occur if the php.in file is incorrect.
When setting up a new installation, do not copy the php.ini file from another server. Edit the php.ini file that is provided in the php5.6 or php7.0 zip file.
