Root Cause: It is possible that the UVMS process was extremely busy at the time the command is executed.

Resolution

As a long term solution, starting from UVMS v4.x, a LDAP Group synchronization has been made available so that the UVMS can directly synchronize with the LDAP server of its Groups.

As a workaround, restart UVMS.
