Installing Endevor V18 and getting the following error message: +POSSIBLE NON-SUPPORTED C1DEFLTS TABLE +PLEASE CALL CIG TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Issue/Introduction

We are installing V18 and getting the following error messages:

+POSSIBLE NON-SUPPORTED C1DEFLTS TABLE
+PLEASE CALL CIG TECHNICAL SUPPORT

 

And

IGD103I SMS ALLOCATED TO DDNAME SYS00016
IGD104I NDVR.ADMN2.ENDEVOR.CIG151.LOADLIB RETAINED, DDNAME=SYS00016
IGD101I SMS ALLOCATED TO DDNAME (CIGLOG ) 

 

How do we resolve this?

Cause

They are using FASTLIST from the Chicago Interface Group, Inc  - CIG

The version of FASTLIST they have installed does not support Endevor V18

Resolution

Contact the Chicago Interface Group, Inc and get the Endevor V18 compatible release of FASTLIST.
