Issue/Introduction

When the customer tries to disable the VNA integration they receive the following error: SPC-SDN-5: Error Saving to Database:Modeling is in progress. Integration cannot be disabled now..

Environment

Spectrum 10.2.xVNA 3.2

Cause

During the integration of VNA into Spectrum devices that are known to VNA get modeled in Spectrum. If for any reason this process stalls the integration cannot be disabled.

Resolution

In the OneClick GUI Select the SDN Manager model.

Go to the Component Details -> Attributes Tab

Search for the attribute: SDN_ModelingInProgress

Double click on the SDN_ModelingInProgress and change the value to False

Once complete please disable the integration.

Please note: When removing the integration the models added by VNA will be removed. If the above steps are followed some models that were added by the integration may need to be manually destroyed.
