Description :The update of the statuses of the Job Chains is slow at the same time the BVS engine is continuously at 100 % CPU.
At start up of the Dollar Universe node the BVS engine can be at 100 % for 10-15 minutes, especially when a large number (>50) of big Job Chains is present on a node. You are dealing with this bug only if the BVS engine remains at 100 % CPU all the time
