The connection between UVMS master and subordinate is lost after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After the upgrade of set of master/subordinate UVMSes, their connection is lost (synchro/status).

The following error appears in the uvserver.log of the Subordinate UVMS:

Cause

Cause type: Defect
Root Cause: The phrase.key file was changed during upgrade

Resolution

Update to the fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
