Getting declined or denied error when accessing reports

Issue/Introduction

When trying to run reports from dashboard, getting message like
The Website declined to show this webpage or access denied.

Able to run SOI reports directly from Jasper 6.3

Environment

SOI 4.2Unified Jasper 6.3

Cause

Customer had setup Single Sign On (SSO) for the reports with previous CABI/Jasper.

When he install Jasper 6.3, the UI was still using the old setup files.

Resolution

Customer need to re-run the Configure CA SOI Reports Single Sign-On procedure in
