Description :After an abnormal shutdown, Dollar Universe can not be stopped or started anymore.

Root Cause: System issue or abnormal shutdown caused a corruption of libuxxml.dll.

 

Resolution

- Check the uxversion file in order to know the last fix installed.
- Check if you still have the patch installation or ask Orsyp Support for it.
- Open the Patch installation folder and extract/copy "LIBUXXML.dll" file
- Backup the LIBUXXML.dll present in EXEC directory
- Paste the extracted "LIBUXXML.dll" and replace the old library.
- Startup Dollar Universe.
