Log Analyzer job returns error messages for non APF Libraries

Issue/Introduction

A Log Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PLA) job returns error messages related with non APF Libraries: 
CSV019I REQUESTED MODULE DSNTIAR NOT ACCESSED, IS IN NON-APF LIBRARY/CONCAT
  
Another possible error message is: 
LAE0181I PTA@LRCI: ERROR WITH SVC SCREENING 

Checked the Libraries STEPLIB DD and PTILIB DD in the Log Analyzer Job and they are all
authorized so there was no reason for these error messages.

Resolution

Verify libraries within hlq.CDBAPARM(DSNAMExx) member as well. Log Analyzer allocates dynamically LOADLIBS from this
member as well. The LOADLIBS in this member may be non APF authorized and these error messages are possible.
