Cause type:
By design
Root Cause: The counter % Service Ratio is based on the counter % Disk Time retrieved from Perfmon on Windows.
The %Disk Time attribute can have a value greater than 100 percent. Some more relative counters/attributes to use for disk performance are % Idle Time and Avg Disk Queue Length.

Resolution

You can modify the default definition of the counter Usage Diagnostic - Disks > service ratio (%) modifying this line on the sldrmd.ini file:
