Description :Example.
Consider a SAP job (uproc type is SAP_XBP2) with the following steps :
First step : PGM1 (has NO spool list)
Second step : PGM2 (has a spool list)
Third step : PGM3 (has a spool list)

In case of the the first step does not have a spool list, the Manager for SAP returns an error without checking if the following steps generate a spool list.
