The calculated Processing Date does not follow the Offset of the Rule

Article ID: 85449

CA Automic Dollar Universe

Error Message :

Patch level detected:Dollar Universe 5.6
Product Version: Dollar.Universe
Description :The calculated Processing Date doesn't follow the offset of the rule.

Cause type:
By design

OS: All
OS Version: All

This is the behavior by design in the product.
The processing date is defined by the date given BEFORE the ofset defined in the rule.

If you need to have the processing date to be the same as the execution date for a task to be executed the second friday of the month, our suggestion to achieve this would be to define a rule without offset:
- Period: 1 day
- Position in the period: 1 calendar day from the begining
- Offset to: none
- Day of the week: allow only Friday
- Days in the month: allow only 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14

Fix Status: No Fix
