Issue/Introduction

Supervision Parameters transmission to Supervision script does not work

During alerting rule creation, for a uproc monitoring alert type,If there is a "space" in the LABEL field in the Alerting rule (for example : "SUPERVISION GENERIQUE")
There are 26 params received instead of 25, so the supervision script may fail.

Root Cause: This is an issue of the script u_spv_com.ksh delivered with Dollar Universe 6 until version Dollar Universe 6.2.41

Resolution

The fix is included in u_spv_com.ksh. Please note that this script is note delivered by update procedure because it is a customizable script.
The template will need to be customized again and then replace the old one manually
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Workaround :
Do not use a space/blank in the Label field or use a "_" instead of "space" to separate two words.
