The following kind of error appear at that time on the file-server log SLDFSD.LOG:

Description :Some history charts display n/a values on some metrics, if we retry to display it, it usually works fine

Resolution

In order to fix the issue a new retry mechanism has been created so in case the file can not be opened, we retry later.
To do so, after installing the agent version 5.60a you need to set the following on the SLDFSD_INIT file:

MaxHstOpenFileFailureNo=100
HstOpenFileRetryTimeoutMsecs=500
############################

Then restart the file-server.
