Cause
Cause type: Configuration Root Cause: This kind of error can occur when: - Data file reaches 2 Go
Resolution
Optimize the purge retention in order to avoid big data files and be sure to have enough free disk space on Dollar Universe file system and Temp directory.
If you are using the U_IO_PURGE_ENABLE purge, you can decrease the parameters for the historic retention then reload the parameters with loadpurparfic command. More details are available in the adm documentation.
If you want to initialize the historic files, you can use the following manipulation: Please note that it's only a workaround, the solution is to optimize the purge retention and so, avoid that these files reach 2Go.
- Load the Dollar Universe environment: . ./uxsetenv -Stop your Dollar Universe Company ./uxshutdown
-Check that your company is well stopped Type the following unix command: ps -ef | grep ux No uxioserv processes should remain alive for this company.
- Backup the files of the concerned area: u_fmhs50.* u_fmph50.*
- Launch the following commands (example with production area) ./uxrazfic u_fmhs50 X ./uxrazfic u_fmph50 X
-Run the reorganization from the bin directory: ./ux_vrf_rgz_rst
