Description :The Univiewer Console (UVC) doesn't start on Window 2003 with Java 64-bit.

Environment

OS: Windows Server 2003
OS Version: 64-bit R2

Cause

Root Cause: This is due to the absence of 32-bit resources / compatibility issue

Resolution

- Install the 32-bit Java >=1.6.x
- Add Java path to /mgr/batch univiewer_console.bat
- (modify line: set MY_JAVA_HOME="none")
