Description :When using the DUAS Windows 64b kit version 6.3.01 or higher, an issue might be encountered during installation or update.
After upgrade, DU engines can not be started.

Root Cause: The installation or upgrade to Dollar Universe 6.3.XX WINDOWS64 may fail because the kits 6.3.xx WINDOWS64 are full 64bits and they need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64) librairies.

Install the libraries provided by the following package : Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64).
