The following errors may appear while trying to start after an unsuccessful stop of the company.

Description :Some Dollar Universe processes may not stop successfully some components on Windows when stopping the Dollar Universe Instance via the command unistop.
As a result, the ports may not be liberated so the next startup will fail starting the same components.
