Description :Alerts subscription requests can not be treated by the management server, some errors appear on the sldmgts.log

Environment

Cause

Cause type:

Root Cause: The management server forwards the alert subscription requests from the Consoles, Alert Manager or Script Monitor.

Resolution

Set the following parameters on the management server (queue size and number of threads) in the "sldmgts.ini" file to higher values:

[General]
FwdGrpAgtReqWorkQueueSize=500
NoAlertSubscriberThreads=150


If you use Alert Manager, verify that this parameter is set on the sldald.ini with a value or 300 seconds or higher:

[General]
AlertRefreshAllPeriod=300
