Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
On the UVC, a popup error message may appear with the following:

Node Log on NODENAME: The file requested was not found 
#########################

Patch level detected:Dollar Universe 6.3.00
Product Version: Dollar.Universe 6.3.01

Description :Sometimes, UVC cannot display universe.log file of a VMS node.
Some messages in universe.log may be lost in case of concurrent access to the file.
