The Rule simulation does not work if the Start Date is set before the creation year within a calendar.

Investigation

Create a new rule as below:

1. Pattern: Every 1 week On 1 working day forward
2. All days and months authorized and No Shift
3. Set start date before creation year of the calendar in Simulation

The Simulation will not work correctly
