Issue/Introduction

View® 14.0 and OM Web Viewer 14.0 and CCS Apache Tomcat® are installed

Error message when bringing up Apache Tomcat® : 

Failed to instantiate [com.ca.om.contentviewer.system.AuthToken]: Constructor threw exception; nested exception is java 
.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: J2ZJNIJ4 (EDC5205S DLL module not found.)] with root cause 
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: J2ZJNIJ4 (EDC5205S DLL module not found.) 

Environment

• Output Management Web Viewer 14.0
• Common Services for z/OS 15.0
• View® 14.0
• Apache Tomcat®
• Java
• IBM z/OS

Cause

Did not install CCS USS based services.

Resolution

CCS USS based services must be installed to provide Java to z/OS Service.  This is documented in the View® online documentation.
