Issue/Introduction

CA View 14.0 and Content Viewer 14.0 INC01 are installed
The Tomcat Server is installed from CCS 14.1 RO93791 Apache Tomcat Version 8.0.39.

Error message when bringing up Tomcat: 

Failed to instantiate [com.ca.om.contentviewer.system.AuthToken]: Constructor threw exception; nested exception is java 
.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: J2ZJNIJ4 (EDC5205S DLL module not found.)] with root cause 
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: J2ZJNIJ4 (EDC5205S DLL module not found.)

CA Common Services 14.1

Cause

Did not install CCS USS based services.

Resolution

CCS USS based services must be installed to provide Java to z/OS Service.  This is documented in the CA View online documentation.  Refer to Install and Configure the Required CA Common Services Components.
