20160225/102039.657 - U0021528 Parent object of folder OH_Idnr: '0028059962', OH_Name: '28509690k\START' not found.

When a User Group is created:

  • A folder is automatically created for the group in the Favorites folder
  • Sub folders are created in this Favorites folder

When the User Group is deleted:
  • The User Group is deleted without deleting the folder inside first.
In the GUI, no error can be observed, but as soon as a reorg, db load, or db unload is attempted, an error like that below is shown:

Root Cause: DB Unload fails with the error message "Parent object of folder ... not found". This issue did show up after a user or user group has been deleted, which contained subfolders in the favorites folder.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Workaround :
