Web Agent RA Soap error trying to access Exchange Web Service

Issue/Introduction

ErrorSchemaValidation

RA WebService (Soap) throws an error when accessing the Exchange WebService.
This is due to several problems in RA WebService V3 and also the first Versions of the RA WebService SOAP V4.

The following issues cause the error:

1. If there is no service element in the WSDL the connection object could not be read.
2. The SOAP header template was incomplete
3. Very large request templates caused an StackOverflowError

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available where all three problems have been fixed .

There will be no fix for RA WebService V3.
