Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
ErrorMsg: AwE-5001 Database Query Error (6/21/17 9:57 AM)
Details: appworx_oae_pk.aw_submit_conc

Investigation

An OAE job is run using Applications Manager.

Results

Expected: The OAE job goes from Running to Finished.

Actual: The OAE job goes into a LAUNCH ERROR status and the following errors are shown in the AgentService*.log:
 

ErrorMsg: AwE-5001 Database Query Error (01/01/17 10:00 AM)
Details: appworx_oae_pk.aw_submit_conc
and:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20144: No matching responsibility for Resp:RESP View Appl:INV and User:SQLOPER
ORA-06512: at "APPS.APPWORX_OAE_PK", line 477
ORA-06512: at line 1

Root Cause: The triggers required for the Applications Manager OAE agent to submit jobs to the OAE database may not be updated.

Additional Information

Workaround :
Workaround #1:
Navigate to Object Admin> Administration> Agents> Select the OAE Agent > Edit
Ensure the OAE agent is in a Stopped status, then select "Update"

Workaround #2:
If this method is not working, the OAE triggers may need to be dropped, before they are updated:

Stop the OAE agent
Login into the Automation Engine Server command line. 
Move into the master's directory $AW_HOME/sql 
Log into the Oracle Apps database from SQL*Plus 
> sqlplus apps@connect_string. 
Run the script to drop the objects 
SQL> @OAE_DROP.sql 
Log back into the UC4 Gui navigate to Object Amdin>Administration>Agents>OAE>Edit>General>Update 
If this completes successfully please start the OAE agent.
