Starting Utilities causes EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error as lookandfeel.jar file incorrectly named in configuration and script files

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
UCUDB32.dll

To start the Utilities on different systems under different environments, there are several sh and bat files.

In these files and also in the ini-files of the Utilities, a file named  UC4LookAndFeel.jar is referenced.

The name of this file should be lookandfeel.jar.  Since it is referencing the wrong file name the above error message is displayed.

Root Cause: The UC4lookand feel.jar filename was not renamed to lookandfeel.jar in the .ini, sh, and .bat files being used by Utilities.

Workaround :
