No matter how the Connection/Agent/Job are setup, the message will pop-up. The system just cannot login to the remote server, although all login/password information are OK.
Cause type: Configuration Root Cause: Incorrect permissions.
Resolution
Issue is related to who starts the RA FTP Agent. The User starting the Agent needs to have the rights on the remote server.
For example, if Windows Agents are started by the Service Manager which is installed as a Service, and then if this Service Manager is started by the Local System Account, since Local System Account does not have the rights to access the remote server, then the job fails.
