Article ID: 85036

Updated On:

CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine

Error Message :

If a Workflow is started using Automic's Web Interface (AWI) that has a :PRINT command in its Process tab, the activation of the workflow will open a separate window with  the contents of the :PRINT command in front of the current window.

OS Version: N/A

Cause type:
By design
Root Cause: This is a display issue. The window should not poll up directly into the front. There is a proposed enhancement, where the window will be active as long as the task is running, but it will be in the back of the screen and not as a popup window.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

There is an enhancement planned for inclusion in the below fix version that will change the behavior of the AWI so that no notification will pop up in a separate window in the circumstance described above.
