Issue/Introduction

All jobs launched in the node are failing with the same error message below in the Job Log:

Environment

OS: Windows

Affects Release version(s): 5/6

Product: Dollar Universe

Cause

Anti-virus / Virus scanner was blocking access to execute some binaries.

Resolution

Verify on the Windows Event viewer and Process monitoring that the error is not related to any Antivirus protection.

Confirm that the DUAS installation path is included on the whitelist of the virus scanner.

Verify the Authority Policies in the server grant access to DUAS in all the directories and files required for execution.
