The issue was found and fixed with Automation.Engine 9.13.1 SP12 HF1 in AutomationEngine.

Hotfix-Description: Error "U00054513 Internal error in UCDVAR_R" occurs when using variable objects.

Error description:
When using variable objects an error "U00054513 Internal error in UCDVAR_R" can occur. This can happen with several types of VARA objects like VARA.SQL, VARA.EXEC, VARA.BACKEND or VARA.FILELIST.

Dependencies:
The error occurs only when VAR_SECURITY_LEVEL is set to 0
