Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
Connection auto = serverCom.getAEConnection();
com.uc4.extensibility.iface.CITServerException: Logon error: Access denied

RA Agents do not work for LDAP users.  If an LDAP user is used, when the getAEConnection function is called the above error message is received and the logon fails.

Root Cause: This is a feautre that has yet to be implemented.

Resolution

At the moment the RA core cannot deal with users where credentials are checked outside of the Automation Engine such as LDAP. This is a missing feature that will be added in an upcoming release.
