Structured documentation content is not visible when using brackets [].

Investigation
  1. Create any type of Object with defined XML Documentation Tab
  2. In any XML Documentation tab, add a child node "n1"
  3. Add Attribute to n1 with name "att1" and text "[]"
  4. Save
  5. Close
  6. Re-open

Root Cause: The Java UI can not display attributes in an XML Document if it contains a closing bracket.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

The issue was found and fixed with Automation.Engine in UserInterface Java. The Package is available for download at the Automic-Support-Zone (https://support.automic.com).

Hotfix-Description: Brackets in XML Documentation.

A problem has been fixed where the Java UI could not display an attributes in an XML Docu if it contains a closing bracket.
