Activation Report opens automatically when ACTIVATE_UC_OBJECT is used in SCRI or JOBP

When using the Automic Web Interface (AWI), if a PROCESS tab (eg: JOBP or SCRI) contains ACTIVATE_UC_OBJECT, at execution the "Activation Report" opens automatically. 

Investigation

1. Using the AWI, create a SCRI
2. On the Process tab, activate another object

Example: 
:set &act# = activate_uc_object (JOBS.WIN.CCH)

3. ​Execute the SCRI 

​Actual:  The Activation Report window opens.

Expected: The Activation Report window should not automatically open.

This behavior does not exist in ECC version 11.
