Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
N/A

Jobs restarted with RESTART_UC_OBJECT don't indicate that they've been restarted. The initial job does not indicate that it was restarted but the restart indicates it was a restart. Neither the icon nor the database fields, ah_restart and eh_restart, are updated. If a job is restarted more than once, the initial job indicates that it was restarted, but the 2nd job does not indicate it was restarted.

If the Job is manually restarted via the User Interface (UI), then the db values and the icon are correctly updated. Also, in v9, if a restart is performed using the RESTART_UC_OBJECT function, the icon and the database indicate that the job has been restarted.
