This error message is generally seen after logging into Applications Manager's Java Client.

Investigation

Applications Manager requires a valid license file (keyfile.ini) to function, and can be found at the following location:
 

Unix/Linux - $AW_HOME/data/
Windows - %AW_HOME%\data\
