Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
U00021712 Login error. Your chosen system: '%' does not correspond to the destination AE system.

When attempting to log into the User Interface using the Java User Interface (UI) client, the above error message is displayed after selecting "OK" on the login splash screen.

Root Cause: The system name has been changed, either in the ucsrv.ini file or the uc4config.xml file via the following sections:
ucsrv.ini:
[GLOBAL]
system=Automic
uc4config.xml:

Resolution

There are 2 recommended options:

1) Modify your uc4config.xml file (found in the User Interface's \bin directory) to reflect the correct system name.

OR

2) Re-start your system so that the changes made in ucsrv.ini take effect

BEWARE:  Changes made to ucsrv.ini while the system is online will not be reflected until rebooting.
