Resolution

No known issues in v10 Java API are known.  It is unlikely that the Java API is the cause. It is more likely a result of either the program code or a server issue.

This behavior has not been able to be reproduced.  Should you encounter this issue, the following traces and information would be needed to further research the issue.

• Standard WP trace:

tcp/ip = 2 and DB = 4

• RUNID of the restart in the incorrect client
