The issue was found and fixed with Automation.Engine 12.0.2 in Initialdata. The Package is available for download at the Automic-Support-Zone (https://support.automic.com).
Hotfix-Description: UC_HOLIDAYS.L should not contain a holiday on the 27th of September
The DAY OF THE FRENCH SPEAKING COMMUNITY is not a public holiday and was, therefore, removed.

Edit the calendar UC_HOLIDAYS.L
Edit the keyword TOTAL
Remove the line "DAY OF THE FRENCH SPEAKING COMMUNITY"
Drawback: A new import of the initial data into the database will reset this change.
