Automation Engine produces an error U00020568 when saving a hex value symbol into a VARA object.

Steps to reproduce below: 

1) Create a static VARA object.
2) Paste into a value field a character with the hex value 1A.
3) Save the VARA object.
4) The above error will appear.

Root Cause: The Automation Engine produces an error when hex values are saved within VARA objects.
