Description :CMD type uproc does not run on Windows.

No error. Command line don't run, uproc end with aborted status.

Root Cause: On Windows, it is mandatory that command line start with "CMD /C"

Resolution

As stated in the reference documentation, On Windows, command line has to start with "CMD /C" .

Example, for a "set resexe=0", CMD line would have to be "CMD /C set resexe=0"

This is mandatory.
