Accessing RA Web Service tab of an RA Web Service job using Java GUI may cause “Uncaught exception” error

Issue/Introduction

com.uc4.be.util.ErrorMsg: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/uc4/ra/gui/RaGuiUtil

When opening an RA Web Service job from the Java GUI and going to the the RA Web Service Tab, sporadically the following error pops up:

The jobs run normally.  This is a display issue only.

Root Cause: A bug in the RA-Framework leads to unexpected java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError Exception error somethimes when editing RA Jobs from the User Interface. When it ocurrs not all UI elements of the current object are shown and the user has to reopen it or restart the User Interface.

Additional Information

Workaround :
Use the uc4-ra.jar file from the UserIntface/BIN directory from Version 12.0.4 with the old Java-UI in version 11.2.
