Only active users of the current client are visible when logged in on Client 0 in AWI version 12

In  previous versions, the Java UserInterface displayed all active users in the System Overview.  In the Automic Web Interface (AWI), available in version 12, only the active users from the same client your logged into are displayed in this overview.

The behavior of the AWI has been modified to behave the same as the previous Java UserInterface in the fix versions listed below and above.  Therefore, since version 12.0.1 all active users from all clients are displayed in Client 0 > Administration Perspective > User Management > Connections as shown below.

Investigation

To check your version using AWI v12 for the fix:

  • Login into client 0 
  • Go to Administration perspective
  • Select User Management
  • Select Connections
Expected
All active users from all clients should be displayed.

Cause type:
By design
Root Cause: Original AWI v12 displays only the active users of the current client. Enhancement necessary to AWI to display all users in all clients.
