Issue/Introduction
Error Message : U00000009 Access Denied
In Version 11.2.3 (older than Hotfix 2) Authorizations for Users and User groups on Folders do not accept folder names with a backslash (/) in front of the name as described in the documentation. In 11.2.3 using the backslash causes the above Access Denied error when attempting to open the folder.

As a side effect, the problem script function MOVE_OBJECT does not work correctly and the object to be moved is not removed from the source folder.
Cause type: Defect Root Cause: Folder Authorization Check don't work if a backslash is in front of folder name/folder path. As a side effect of this problem script function MOVE_OBJECT does not work correctly. The object to be moved is not removed from the source folder.
