Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
U00034018 The specified license class '1' for Agent 'NA2AUTOMICDEV1' is less than the required license class '5"

During an Agent shutdown/restart, the Agent crashes and the above error is displayed.

This issue is not seen during normal Agent operations.

Investigation

The issue can be reproduced by resolving a backend VARA that takes a long time to resolve and then shutting down the agent while the VARA resolution is still in progress.
