Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
N/A

When executing Client Copy from the command line, the utility sets Clients to "STOP" automatically, regardless of the Status of the Client being copied. The Status should be sourced from the original Client and applied to the new client, which means it could either be GO or STOP, depending on originating Client Status.

In AE version 10, clients copied via the command line were not set to GO automatically.
In AE version 11.2, they keep the original status of the copied client.
