When creating or editing an agent group for RA agents, none of the available RA agents are displayed within the AWI.

The Automic Web Interface (AWI) Version 12.0.3 allows for RA Agent Groups, version 12.1 does not appear to (no Agent shown when Agents are active, such as RA FTP). 

Investigation

Issue can be reproduced at-will (in AWI 12.1) by: 

1. Create an RA Agent Group via the AWI. 
2. Select CIT for the Platform 
3. Select FTPAGENT (or other online RA Agent) 
4. No changes to Mode 
5. Observe that selecting “Load Agent list” does not populate a list.
