When renaming the Hostgroup object, a message pops up to indicate whether the objects it’s linked to should be updated. After accepting, the confirmation message window indicates 0 objects were affected when there were actually some objects updated.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a HOSTG (Hostgroup) object and add Windows hosts to it.
Reference the HOSTG object to several JOBS objects in the Host field of the Attributes tab.
Rename the HOSTG object to a different name.
Resultant Behavior: A message window pops up to inform the user that there are x number of uses linked to the hostgroup object when renaming it. B default, the list of use cases are all selected. Click OK to confirm. A confirmation window shows up and says, “U04005690 Processing completed. ‘0’ uses replaced.” All the references uses have not been updated with the new HOSTG name. Still shows the old one.
