BS2000 Agent - Inconsistent Display of Start end End Times in Job Report

After upgrading the BS2000 Agent to version 10.0.8+build.498, the Report log shows systematically the Start time and End time as "00.01.1900/00:00:00 ".

In the User Interface the Start and End times are correctly listed in all views. 

The problem did not exist for previous version 10 Agents.

Root Cause: The problem comes from the OS of the host.

Environment

OS: Z/OS
OS Version: BS2000

Resolution

Keep Agent on BS2000 at version 10.0.5.

Upgrade the host OS from BS2000 to OSD9.
