During an Oracle ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) switch, multiple statistic calculations are called by different WPs and for the entire schema. These calls can cause delays in the completion of the ILM switch.
Investigation
You may be encountering this issue if:
The Automation Engine (AE) is using an Oracle database.
During an Oracle ILM switch, delays are experienced.
In multiple WP logs the following message is seen:
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Automation Engine 12.1.0 - Available Automation Engine 12.0.3 - Available Automation Engine 11.2.7 - Available
